If you multiply the top and bottom by the same number, you can get fractions that are equivalent. 

8/5 (*2)= 16/10

8/5 (*3)= 24/15

8/5 (*4)= 32/20

8/5 (*5)= 40/25

8/5 (*6)= 48/30

There are just a few. You can do many more!
