The correct option is (A) [tex] 8^{ \frac{8}{3} } [/tex]

Explanation:
Given expression:
[tex](8^{ \frac{2}{3} })^4[/tex]
[tex](8^{ \frac{2*4}{3} }) \\ 8^{ \frac{8}{3} }[/tex]

Which is (Option A)

[tex] 8^{ \frac{8}{3} } [/tex] = 256 = [tex](8^{ \frac{2}{3} })^4[/tex] (Check)

256
because you have to multiply the exponents then do 8^2 2/3 and simplify. So what I did was multiply the 2/3 and 4 to get 2 and 2/3 then did eight to the 2 and 2/3 to get my answer of 256
