Protection against unreasonable search and seizure is found in THE FOURTH AMENDMENT. 
The fourth amendment provides that the right of the people to be secured in their own homes should not be violated. The amendment requires reasonable searches to be performed only upon probable cause and a warrant must be provided for the search.
