The p-value is just an arithmetic form of a percentage. For a relation to be significant, it must have a p-value of less than .05 (which means that there is a less than 5% chance that this relationship is due to random variability). So a p-value of 0.0351 is a significant p-value and means that there is a 3.51% possibility that the relationship between two things is caused by chance (which is a really small percentage!). Hope this helps!
