The relationship between mass m, volume V and density d is:
[tex]d= \frac{m}{V} [/tex]
The silver has density [tex]d=10.5 g/cm^3[/tex], and the mass of the piece of silver is [tex]m=61.3 g[/tex]. Therefore we can calculate its volume using the previous formula:
[tex]V= \frac{m}{d}= \frac{61.3 g}{10.5 g/cm^3}=5.84 cm^3 [/tex]
