Find, list and explain an example of parallel structure in the declaration of independence.

Parallel structure is the use of the same pattern of words to show that different ideas have equal importance. An example of this in the Declaration of Independence occurs in the list of grievances against the king. By using "he has..." to begin those items, they gave equal credence to each grievance.
