y = 9x + 200

First, subtract 200 from both sides. / Your problem should look like: y - 200 = 9x
Second, divide both sides by 9. / Your problem should look like: [tex] \frac{9-200}{9} [/tex] = x
Third, switch sides. / Your problem should look like: x = [tex] \frac{y-200}{9} [/tex]

Answer: x = [tex] \frac{y-200}{9} [/tex]
x-intercept: [tex] \frac{200}{-9} [/tex]
y-intercept: [tex] \frac{200}{1} [/tex]
