Hello!
no.
prokaryotes e.g bacteria and cyanobacteria, have small ribosomes (70S),
while eukaryotes e.g mammals, fungi,
have slightly larger ribosomes (80S).
So both prokaryotes and eukaryotes have ribosomes in which proteins are synthesized, just a small size difference.
