You would have to underline 9 since that is the 10,000ths place and draw an arrow from the 9 to the 8 next to it. If it is 5 or more, you would have to add 1 to the 9. If it is 4 or less you would change the whole number into 7,290,000. If it is 5 or more the 9 would become a 10 which would make the number 7,300,000.
