For example, the value of digit 3 in 5833

5833 = 5000 + 800 + 30 + 3

The digits 3 in 5833 has value of 30 and 3
One value is ten times the other

Another example, the value of digit 6 in 586645

586645 = 500000 + 80000 + 6000 + 600 + 40 + 5

The digits 6 in 586645 is 6000 and 600
One digit is 10 times the other
