The answer for this question is B. urea
Eccrine glands of the skin can excrete water, salt, and some waste like urea. Urea in sweat is about three times higher concentration of urea in the blood. The rate of excretion is not enough by itself so you still need kidney to help dump the waste. But there is a research that says there is ammonia in sweat.
