The test you are going to take in order to earn your license is going to be a state administrated test, which is dependent on the state you live in.
Each state is different, so you will need to go to a government site in order to locate all of the requirements you must meet.
However, the general name is going to be LCSW which stands for Licensed Clinical Social Worker.
