The correct graph is D.

Explanation:
Write the inequality as follows:
[tex] \frac{ y^{2} }{4} \geq (1+ \frac{ x^{2} }{4} )[/tex]

Then test values of x.
x=0: y=4 => y=+/- 2
x=1:  y=5 => y= +/- 2.24

Only graph D behaves in this fashion.
