The surface area of a prism = 2 x area of base  +  perimeter of base x H

So

Surface area =

2 x ( 9x3) + (9+3+9+3) x 15

=  2 x 27 + 24 x 15

= 54 + 360

= 414

So the surface area would be [tex]\boxed{\bf{414}}[/tex]
