1 meter = 1/1000 km
1 second = 1/3600 Hour
1m/s = (1/1000)/(1/3600)
1m/s = (1/1000) x (3600/1) = 18/5 = 3.6
so 1 m/s is equivalent to 3.6 km/h
And 60 m/s = 60 x 3.6 = 216 km/h
