1) When x= 3 ==> y = 5

When x =6 ==> y = 2.5

When x = 12 => y = 1.25

We notice when x increases, y decreases, so it's an INVERSE variation

2) When x= 4 ==> y = 1

When x =8 ==> y = 2

When x = 16 => y = 4

We notice when x increases, y also increases, so it's an DIRECT variation
