y - y1 = m(x - x1)

Where y1 is the y-value of the point, x1 is the x-value and 'm' is the slope.

y - 8 = -1.2(x - 7)

Distribute -1.2 into the parenthesis:

y - 8 = -1.2x + 8.4

Add 8 to both sides:

y = -1.2x + 16.4
