Do you mean: cot²x/(1-sin²x) ?
If yes, my answer is: 1/sin²x
Because: cot²x=1/sin²x-1=(1-sin²x)/sin²x
So, cot²x/(1-sin²x) = (1-sin²x)/sin²x.(1-sin²x)=1/sin²x
(sin²x≠1)
