Scientists have discussed a theory known as Planck time. Planck time is the time it takes light to travel 1 Planck length in a vacuum. A Planck length is approximately 5.39 × 10^−44 s. A Planck length is about the smallest or shortest distance scientists have postulated. If time were to have a frame rate, Planck time would be it.
