Can someone translate this into a verbal expression 3(4j + 4 + j)?

Remember, a verbal expression is when you turn the numerical equation into what the equation is actually asking us. 

Numerical equation: 3(4j+4+j)

Verbal Expression: Three times the quantity of the sum of 4j and 4 and j.  Another one that would work is three times the quantity of 4j plus 4 plus j.
