a We have fractions in order to order from least to greatest we will convert the fractions into decimal number

[tex]-\frac{3}{16}=-0.1875[/tex][tex]\frac{7}{4}=1.75[/tex][tex]-\frac{3}{8}=-0.375[/tex]

as we can see the least number is -3/8 then -3/16 and the greatest number is 7/4
