(g o f)(-7)=g(f(-7))=
g((-7)^2+6)=
g(49+6)=
g(55)=
55+8/55=
55 ad 8/55

(g o f)(-7)=55 and 8/55
(if you meant g(x)=(x+8)/x, then the result is 63/55 or 1 and 8/55)
