The amendment that I would add to the consitustion would be 20 years old or older can only carry or own an gun because there are to many teens that are dying on the daily basics. Why is that so because these teens on getting their hands on these deadly weapons to get even with the person and that is why young people are dying today. Lastly 20 years or older people know when and how to use it and they know the consequences behind it.
