I'm having trouble with running or any exercise involving my heart. I always run out of breath easily and sometimes even forget to breathe in general. after exercising I wheeze and cough and my body aches. is there any specific exercise or technique I can do that will help improve any of this? i'm not sure what to do to to help with this issue.
