it has caused many to die, yes the government brought that to help with security but it has gotten into Tue hands of those that have no value for human life. Take the case of the Boko harm in surgery in Nigeria, all of them are armed with Ak47's and they use it to kill innocent Nigerians not only that there are series of cases of accidental shootings AND that's how a life is lost.
