How do you work out Experimental and Theorical Probability.

theoretical probability is based on logic as in:

there's a spinner with five equal sections. There would be a theoretical probability of 20% for each section

Experimental probability is based on results of previous experiments such as:

Damien spun that same spinner 10 times and landed on the red section 3 of ten times
