I would change "mature" to something ending in "ing" so that it flows better. Hoped this helped and contact me if you have any more questions

I can't remember what it's called, but there is a role when it comes to sentence structure. When making a list of adjective as you are, they should all have the same ending. So, you have caring and sharing ending in -ing. Try to rephrase the sentence to that the endings are all the same
