Explanation:

Othello steps on Desdemona, who is asleep, and plans to murder her. He kisses her just and then do the crime, she awakes, and he advises her to get ready to die. Othello inquires as to whether Cassio has also been murdered too though, and Emilia replies that Cassio is still safe.
