Simple...

change them all into decimals...or fractions..or percents:

52%, 0.57, [tex] \frac{2}{5} [/tex]--->>

52%--->>0.52

0.57--->>0.57

[tex] \frac{2}{5} [/tex]-->>0.4

Now you can order from least to greatest....

[tex] \frac{2}{5} [/tex], 52%, 0.57
