What I do is treat it like a triangle and find the hypotenuse. I'll attach a picture on how I "made the triangle" but then I used the equation A^2+B^2=C^2. The C being the triangle, and the A and B being the known legs. Once you find the answer to the equation (which is 136) you find it's square root. That then gives you the answer of 11.7.
