                     -4(x + 4x) = 2(2 - x) + 10

                     -4x - 16x = 4 - 2x + 10

-4x -  16x + 2x - 4 - 14 = 0

                         -18x -14 = 0

                               -18x = 14

                                   x = - 14/18

                                    x = - 7/9
