Answer:

On page 431, Jane in an outburst of feminine concern speaks to Elizabeths spinsterhood and wishing that she just like her had a man who she adored and who loves and has engaged her just as Bingley.

Elizabeth in response states that she can never be  as happy as Jane unless she acquires her disposition and goodness.
