Answer: The center is at the origin (0,0) with radius 5

Step 1

The equation of the circle is

3x² + 3y² = 75

find the factor and compress

3( x² + y² ) = 75

divide by 3 through

    x² + y² =  25

    x² + y² = ±√25

    x² + y² = 5

The circle has its center at the origin (0, 0)
