Explanation:To reform means to change. This is why this event is called the English Reformation as it did change the way the church was run throughout England and this started with Henry Vii, who wanted a divorce thou wasn't granted and took laws into his hand and also made himself the head of the Roman Catholic Church.

However, the death of Henry in 1547 did not see an end of the religious problems of England.
