It is not a right triangle because it would not work out when tested using Pythagorean’s Theorem. (Hyp^2=Opp^2 + Adj^2)

11^2+16^2=20^2

377<400

This would make it an Obtuse Triangle

Helpful Hint:

The sum of the smallest sides squared > Longest Side Squared - Acute Triangle

The sum of the smallest sides squared = Longest Side Squared - Right Triangle

The sum of the smallest sides squared < Longest Side squared - Obtuse Triangle
