The temperatures of all three are different. The particles of all three are moving at different speeds.  The particles in the vapor are moving the fastest, water is the second fastest, and ice is the slowest. Water is a liquid, ice is a solid, and water vapor is a gas. Hopefully this is something close to what you were looking for. Good luck!
