Try this solution:

a/ rule: the point-slop form is 'y-y₁=m(x-x₁), where m; x₁; y₁ - numbers.

b/ making up the equation of line using the coordinates of the given points:

[tex]\frac{x-0}{2-0} =\frac{y-1}{4-1} \ => \ \frac{x}{2}=\frac{y-1}{3} \ => \ y-1=\frac{3}{2}(x-0)[/tex]
