Calculate total feet moved in 1 hour:

1 hour = 60 minutes.

60 minutes /  10 minutes = 6

7.5 feet x 6 = 45 feet in 1 hour.

Convert to miles per hour:

1 mile = 5280 feet.

45 feet / 5280 feet = 0.0085 miles per hour.
