The birth rate of the seals and the death rates of the whale affects both the population, whale and seal by affecting the food web and the stability of the
ecosystem. If the death rate of the whale increase, more other species will starve to death, who relied on the whales as their only survival method. And more species will relied on other types of species, which it change their diet completely. Also, if the birth rates of the seals increased, the animals who are relied on from other species will decreased.
