we know that
in a quadratic equation of the form
ax²+bx+c=0
the discriminant is
D=b²-4ac
if D> 0 then there are two real number solutions
if D=0 then there's only one real number solution.
if D< 0 then there are two complex number solutions

in this problem
we have
3x²-6x+3=0
a=3
b=-6
c=3
so 
D=b²-4ac-----> D=(-6)²-4*(3*3)----->D=36-36------->D=0

therefore
there's only one real number solution
